Data Retention
Personal information linked to a repair record is kept securely for up to 24 months after the service, after which it is deleted unless there is an ongoing customer relationship or legal obligation to retain records.

Under UK data law, you have the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete your personal data. To make a request, please contact us using the details below. We aim to respond within one calendar month of receiving a valid request.
Security
All correspondence is stored on secure, password-protected systems. Physical service logs are kept in restricted workshop areas. We review our procedures regularly to maintain good information governance.
